The setting for the 2013 Eurovision Young Dancers contest, which takes place on 14 June in Gdánsk, has been presented by host broadcaster Telewizja Polska. Designed by Michał Białousz, the stage will play host to the participants from this year's ten participating countries.
A prominent Polish designer, Michał Białousz has also designed the sets for other leading programs including the Eska Music Awards. The stage will adorn the front of the Baltic Opera House, this year's venue, and features large LED screens for graphical displays.
The jury will sit immediately in front of the stage. The EBU has sent the sketches out to all contestants, and the member broadcasters from their countries, so they can see the space they will perform in. These sketches will help the choreographers of our Young Dancers work out how to stage the dances and how to use the space to engage the audience and our judges!
