Countdown to Prague: Looking back at Gdansk 2013


With the 15th edition just two weeks away, it is now time to look back to Gdansk 2013, when the 13th edition of the event took place.

The 15th edition of Eurovision Young Dancers is just two weeks away and after looking back at Pilsen 2015 it is now time to look back to Gdansk 2013, when the 13th edition of the event took place.

Eurovision Young Dancers 2013 took place at the Baltic Opera House in Gdansk, Poland. Ten countries participated, with Belarus making its debut and Armenia, Ukraine and the Czech Republic returning to the contest.

Sedrig Verwoert from the Netherlands won the 13th edition of Eurovision Young Dancers. He danced 'The 5th Element’, which was choreographed by Marco Gerris. After this dance, the group dance, and the final duel against Germany’s Felix Berning, the jury decided that Sedrig was the winner.

Tomasz Kammel hosted the show, and the group choreographies were choreographed by Ballet Boyz.
